Scott Cullinane

Scott Cullinane serves as the Director of Government Affairs for Razom, focusing on U.S. support for Ukraine through humanitarian efforts. As a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Eurasia Foundation, Cullinane contributes to a non-profit organization that has invested over $380 million in the Eurasia region since its inception. Cullinane is also a Fellow at the National Security Institute, where contributions to "The SCIF" blog emphasize American foreign policy leadership. Previous roles include Deputy Team Leader at B&S Europe, Executive Director of the US-Europe Alliance, and various teaching positions at academic institutions. Cullinane holds a Master's degree in National Security Affairs from the Institute of World Politics and a Bachelor's degree in History from Saint Mary's College of California.
