Dan Leonard has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and support. Dan started their career at Conyers School as a Senior IT Technician in October 2015 and later became an Assistant Network Manager in December 2016. In June 2017, they joined Froneri UK as a UK IT Infrastructure Support. After a year, they moved to Razorblue Group where they initially worked as a Client Support Engineer from October 2018 to February 2019. Dan then progressed to the role of Infrastructure Engineer from February 2019 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Razorblue Group starting from January 2023.
Dan Leonard attended Teesside University from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Computer and Digital Forensics with a focus on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they studied at Darlington Technical College, earning a Level 3 BTEC IT Practitioner degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Additionally, Dan obtained certifications such as MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals - Certified 2018 from Microsoft and IPAF from the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF). Dan also holds a certification in MTA: Networking Fundamentals from Microsoft, although the specific details of when and where they obtained these certifications are not provided.
