Currently, they are employed at Razorblue Group as the Head of Infrastructure and Networks, leading the infrastructure team and overseeing network operations.

Most recently, Richard has obtained certifications such as CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in 2021 and 2022. It is worth noting that Richard has also acquired a Private Pilot PPL (A) certification from the EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency, although no details regarding the month and year of the certification are provided.
