Christian Lampone

Christian Lampone started their work experience in 1995 as an Industrial Designer at Bresslergroup. Christian then moved on to become an Industrial Designer at Hill-Rom from 1996 to 1999. Lampone later joined Siemens Medical Solutions as a User Experience Designer from 2003 to 2008, where they were responsible for research, definition, and testing of various healthcare information system products. Following this, they worked at Harte Hanks from 2008 to 2018, initially as a User Experience Specialist, then as a Director of User Experience, and finally as a VP of Strategy and Customer Experience Design Team Lead. In November 2018, Lampone joined Razorfish Health as the VP of Strategy and User Experience Team Lead. Throughout their career, Lampone has focused on integrating empathy, ideation, and prototyping practices and standards into project teams and organizations, while also ensuring alignment of business strategy with the desired brand experience.

Christian Lampone has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Industrial Design from Carnegie Mellon University, which they earned from 1989 to 1993. Christian also holds a Master of Design (MDes) degree in Product Design from the University of the Arts, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002.
