Nishant Anthwal is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technology and innovation across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Razorpay since September 2024, Nishant previously held the role of Associate Director of Engineering at Simpl, where responsibilities included leading the Consumer App Experience engineering team focused on BNPL services and managing multiple engineering pods. With a strong entrepreneurial background, Nishant co-founded Docon Technologies, serving as VP of Engineering, where efforts centered on digitizing healthcare workflows and creating an integrated ecosystem for electronic prescriptions. Prior roles include Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Paxcel Technologies, and Senior Engineer at Jaiprakash Power Ventures, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Punjab Engineering College.
