Pratik Arora

Pratik Arora currently serves as the Banking Business & Strategic Partnerships Lead at Razorpay since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pratik was the Head of Network Partnerships for South Asia at American Express from July 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategies for bank partners and key merchant collaborations to enhance American Express’s presence in the electronic payments sector across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal, and Bhutan. Previous experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager for Debit Cards at Axis Bank from June 2011 to June 2013, focusing on the optimization and growth of the bank's debit card portfolio. Pratik's academic credentials include an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a Leadership Excellence certificate from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering.
