Shilpika Ganeriwala

Shilpika Ganeriwala, CFA, currently serves as Chief of Staff in the CFO Office at Razorpay, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Kristal.AI, where Shilpika held progressive responsibilities, including Lead and Senior Advisor in Private Markets from June 2021 to November 2023. Shilpika worked at Kingfish Group as an Associate in Private Equity from July 2019 to June 2021, contributing to the firm’s private equity initiatives and investment execution. Earlier experience involves valuation analysis at The D. E. Shaw Group and various internships, including a role in CSR at HDFC Bank.
