Vikrant S Reineu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer service enablement, and training management. Currently serving as Associate Director Sales and CS Enablement at Razorpay since January 2020, Vikrant has progressed through various roles including Group Manager and Group Program Manager. Prior to Razorpay, Vikrant worked at Pine Labs as Head of Talent Management and held senior roles at Concentrix, American Express, IBM, and HDFC Bank, gaining significant expertise in training, project management, and employee engagement. Vikrant holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University.
