Bianca Claessens

Bianca Claessens has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Bianca began their career in 2007 as an Assistant of the Director at the Belgian Chamber of Commerce Barcelona. In 2008, they moved to Google as an EMEA Online Recruiter for the European Recruitment Team. Bianca then joined Apple in 2009, where they held two roles: Retail Staffing Project Coordinator and EU Recruiting Specialist at Apple Retail. In 2012, they were hired as Manager of UK Human Resources and Operations at Axis Corporate. From 2015 to 2017, Bianca worked as HR Manager at Clear Channel International, where they were responsible for all HR & Recruitment activities for the Headquarters of CCI. Bianca then worked as a European HR Business Partner at Everest Reinsurance Company from 2017 to 2020, managing all HR & Recruitment activities for Everest Re Europe. Bianca then became a Life & Business Coach in 2020, before joining RazorSecure in 2022 as Head of HR & People Ops.

Bianca Claessens has a comprehensive educational background. Bianca started their studies in 1994 at Provinciale Secundaire School Voeren, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern languages & Sciences in 2000. Afterwards, they studied at Xios University College Hasselt, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Corporate Communication Management in 2003. Bianca then went on to pursue a BSc in International Business Economics at Maastricht University, which they completed in 2007. During 2006-2007, they also participated in an Exchange Programme at Universitat de Barcelona as part of the Erasmus/Socrates programme. Finally, they obtained an MSc in International Business from Maastricht University in 2008. In 2021, Bianca also obtained an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor (EIA) at Practitioner level from EMCC Global.
