Mike Soucie

Mike Soucie has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at RB American Group since December 2018. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Regional Director of Operations at USBeef Corp from December 2014 to December 2018. Additionally, Mike spent 28 years at The Bailey Company, starting in December 1986 and concluding in December 2014, where Mike advanced to the role of District Manager.
