Douglas Rusch

Douglas Rusch has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Douglas is currently the Senior Vice President of Product Management at RB Global Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Rouse Sales from 2013 to 2023. Douglas also worked at Blue Ridge Partners, where they held the positions of Engagement Manager from 2011 to 2012 and Associate from 2009 to 2010. Douglas began their career at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst from 2005 to 2009.

Douglas Rusch earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University in 2005. Douglas then attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2013 where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Management & Strategy and Finance.
