Drew Fesler

Drew Fesler's work experience begins with their current position as the Chief People Officer at RB Global Inc. Drew previously held roles at Ritchie Bros. as the Senior Vice President, Global People Team and Vice President of Global Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as a Principal Director, and at Sozo Moto, LLC as the Founder and CEO. Drew also held leadership positions at ECMC Group, Regis Corporation, Ameriprise Financial, Inc., ON Semiconductor, Seabury/OCI Advisors, and F2 Intelligence Group. In these roles, they gained experience in various aspects of human resources, including talent management, compensation, benefits, and organizational design.

Drew Fesler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1993. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing and Operations at the Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management.
