Paul Lovell

Mr. Paul Lovell strives to be known as an expert at enabling experts. He is passionate about creating working relationships where sharing information multiplies opportunities for all involved.

Prior to joining R&B, Paul worked for Western Container Corporation where he served in numerous capacities from 2006 to 2020. He held management positions of increasing responsibility at four different plants in three states across the western United States. Two of these plants were green field operations. Paul enjoys the challenge of creating safe, enjoyable workplaces out of nothing.

Paul’s desire to know all he can about a subject led him to join Western Container’s facilities engineering department between two plant manager positions. As a degreed Mechanical Engineer running a manufacturing plant, Paul could keep up with discussions about the electrical distribution systems, cooling towers, chillers, and compressors. This equipment was the beating heart of his plants. Still, he knew that knowledge of these systems seemed to be held by a chosen few in the plant. If those few individuals were not reachable, a plant was dead in the water. Paul made it his personal mission while in engineering to demystify these facilities related automation systems and make as many subject matter experts at the plants as possible. He supported all process heating and cooling automation and energy management activities at five plants through the western United States.

Paul earned his B.S in Mechanical Engineering at West Texas A&M University.
