Adebosede Oyedepo

Adebosede (Adey) Oyedepo is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Essential Homes at Reckitt since December 2025, Adey leads end-to-end recruitment efforts. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at SkyTeam, where contributions were vital for enhancing global customer experiences, and at Flutterwave, where leadership in recruitment and talent management facilitated significant company growth from 85 to over 500 employees. Additional experience includes serving as an Inter-Ministerial Coordination Officer for the Lagos State Government, managing stakeholder relationships, and as a Management Consulting Intern at KPMG Nigeria, supporting recruitment and training initiatives.
