Andrew Hardie

Andrew Hardie is an accomplished R&D professional with extensive experience in the medical device and personal care industries. Currently serving as an R&D Senior Associate at RB since September 2017, Andrew leads a team focused on MDR readiness and medical device compliance. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Senior Product Quality Engineer at ConvaTec, overseeing risk management and quality input across various departments. Andrew's career at RB began in 2009 as an R&D Year in Industry Student, progressing through roles such as R&D Associate and Technical Project Lead, contributing to projects involving well-known brands and medical devices. Andrew holds a Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Hull.
