Cristina Bain

Cristina Bain has over two decades of extensive experience in programme delivery, transformation, and IT strategy within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Programme Excellence Director at Reckitt since March 2011, Cristina is responsible for programme delivery, service strategy, operating models, and stakeholder engagement, with key achievements including the design and implementation of finance shared services strategies and the management of a £1.3bn productivity programme. Prior roles at Reckitt include Transformation Delivery Director and IT Service Management Director, where Cristina led initiatives such as operational separation and IT service transformation. Before Reckitt, Cristina held positions at Deloitte as a Risk Assurance & Advisory Senior Manager and Management Consultant at European Systems Solutions. Cristina holds a Joint Hons BA in Spanish and Management Studies from the University of Leeds, along with a postgraduate qualification in Business Studies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
