Francis Hoefman

Francis Hoefman currently serves as SVP Group Talent, Leadership, Categories and R&D at Reckitt, leading the People & Culture Strategy and Human Resources organization for the Hygiene Business unit, which includes well-known brands like Vanish, Harpic, Lysol, and Finish. With a robust background in human resources, Francis has held multiple senior roles within Reckitt since January 2013, including Area HR Director for Europe, North America, and Russia CIS. Prior experience at HJ Heinz as HR Director Benelux and at Mars in various HR capacities further solidifies Francis's expertise in the field. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from Maastricht University, a Post Master in Labour Law from Grotius Academie, and recent executive training from Henley Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, where enrollment in the Chief Human Resources Officer Programme is anticipated to enhance strategic leadership skills.
