Graham Marshall has extensive experience in business improvement and supply chain management. Beginning a career at Boots Contract Manufacturing from August 1997 to December 2003 as a Lean Coach and Business Improvement Manager, Graham transitioned to Boots Healthcare International as a Supply Chain Development Manager until January 2006. Following this, Graham joined Reckitt Benckiser, where roles included European Supply IS Business Analyst and Senior IS Business Analyst - Healthcare Supply until October 2011. Graham returned to Reckitt in July 2016 as a Business Process Owner, focusing on Production Execution within the Manufacturing Team, and currently holds the position of Senior Business Process Owner since January 2022. Graham earned a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from Loughborough University, graduating in 1993.
