James MacDougall

James MacDougall is currently an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Quality Business Process Owner (Senior) at USAA, where they apply their extensive administrative experience and strong organizational skills. Previously, James served as an AML Quality Assurance Advisor at USAA and held various roles in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff for both the Aiken County Sheriff Office and the Lexington County Sheriff's Department. They have also worked as an AVP AML Analyst III at TD and had a brief stint as a Rangemaster and safety officer at Shooter's Choice. James has a military background as an 11B in the US Army from 1995 to 1998. They are currently pursuing their education at The College of Westchester.
