Jo Rowlands

Jo Rowlands is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organization change management and SAP deployment across various global markets. Currently serving as the Head of Organisation Change Management for the ERP Programme at Reckitt since December 2012, Jo has held multiple leadership roles, including Deployment OCM Lead and Portfolio Manager for the Group Transformation Office. Jo has successfully managed large-scale SAP deployment projects, providing central project leadership across commercial markets in Latin America and Asia. Previous roles include Global SAP Process Area Manager at NSG Pilkington and SAP Process Area Manager at Pilkington, where Jo implemented significant improvements in procurement and manufacturing processes. Jo's career began at SAP as a PP Instructor and involved leading significant SAP projects at Georgia-Pacific LLC.
