Kamal Rawat

Kamal Rawat is a PRINCE2 Practitioner with extensive experience in HR and payroll operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global People Service Site Lead for Reckitt since March 2020, Kamal oversees HR & Payroll Shared Services operations for the India Hub. Prior roles include Senior Director at Teleperformance India, where responsibilities encompassed HR and payroll functions across multiple geographies, and DGM of Global Payroll & HR Operations at Serco, focusing on payroll delivery for the US and UK. Kamal acquired a strong foundation in payroll management at GENPACT, where responsibilities expanded from Payroll Account Manager to overseeing payroll operations for over 37,000 UK employees. An MBA graduate from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Kamal has developed a reputation for leading transformation initiatives and innovative project management within the HR domain.
