Laure Wieder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer insights and sensory research. Currently serving as the Consumer Product Insight Manager for Air Wick & Pest at Reckitt since May 2021, Laure previously held several key positions at Nestlé from February 2009 to April 2021, including Front End Innovation and Consumer Sensory Insight Lead. Laure has managed teams and coordinated strategic initiatives to enhance innovation processes, conducted Preference Mapping across multiple markets, and provided sensory and consumer support for product development. Earlier roles include project management at Les Maisons du Gout and a student placement at ADRIANT® Biofortis Sensory and Consumer. Laure holds a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Enitiaa and has furthered education at McGill University.
