Michal Siwek

Michal Siwek is currently a Process Engineering Manager at Reckitt Benckiser, where they oversee VMS and OTC products in various formats. Previously, Michal worked at EdRox as a researcher focusing on the immobilization of metalloenzymes and biosensor development, and held multiple roles within Reckitt Benckiser's R&D department, including R&D Sr Associate. Michal earned a PhD in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and has served as a visiting scientist at several prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and Leiden University. Their extensive background in biotechnology and chemical research spans over a decade.
