Piotr Hołownia

Piotr Hołownia is an experienced IT and digital leader currently serving as the IT & Digital Director for Global Tech Platforms in Marketing & Sales (eCommerce) at Reckitt since March 2023. Prior to this role, Piotr was the Chief Digital Officer and Country Digital Manager for IKEA Poland from August 2021 to February 2023, where a digital transformation initiative was led to enhance customer experience and optimize internal processes. Piotr has a rich background in innovation and technology, having held multiple leadership positions at T-Mobile Polska from May 2009 to July 2021, including Tribe Lead and various senior head roles overseeing IoT, technology operations, and payments. Educational qualifications include a BA in Business Information Systems and several certifications in project management, Scrum methodologies, and leadership training.
