Sandeep Gill serves as the Talent & Learning Director for Emerging Markets, Finance, IT&D, and Legal at Reckitt, a position held since September 2010. With extensive experience in leadership roles within global HR, Sandeep has focused on enhancing the people agenda for Reckitt's Global R&D Organization, managing 3,500 employees. Key contributions include driving HR initiatives during the establishment of new growth platforms and e-commerce businesses, as well as championing global talent development across various business units. Prior to Reckitt, Sandeep held HR positions at Blockbuster and Pfizer. Sandeep holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and both MSc and PgDip in Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
