Sarchina Kumari

Sarchina Kumari serves as the IT & Digital Transformation Manager for the Middle East, Russia, Africa, and Pakistan at Reckitt since January 2025, following a series of roles within the same company including IT & Digital Transformation Manager (DvM) and BSI Lead for Pakistan. Sarchina has a strong track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, notably enhancing brand penetration through innovative distribution models and collaborative design thinking. Prior to Reckitt, Sarchina worked as a Business Analyst in South East Asia, focusing on data-driven change management, and held roles in traditional trade insights and inventory optimization. Sarchina's earlier experience includes internships and consultant positions at Optimas Solutions and ICI Pakistan, along with a teaching assistant role at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi. Sarchina holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration, along with an exchange semester at Grand Valley State University.
