Wendy Deligny is currently a Change Lead in Global HR at Reckitt, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they managed people in mergers and acquisitions at PwC from 2022 to 2025 and advanced through various HR roles at GSK, including HR Associate and HRBP for Global Support Functions, from 2017 to 2019. Wendy also gained valuable experience as a Finance Administrative Assistant during a summer internship at Sherwin-Williams in 2014 and contributed to the CSR & Ethical Business Society at the LSE Students' Union from 2016 to 2017. They hold an MSc in Human Resources and Organisations from the London School of Economics, completed in 2017.
