John Campbell

John Campbell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the rail and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Head of Rail at RBA Ltd since April 2021, John has held significant roles including Head of Engineering at Strathclyde Partnership for Transport and Professional Head of Infrastructure at RSSB. Prior to these positions, John was Managing Director at Talisman Way Ltd and Director of Production, Technical and Engineering at the Royal National Theatre. With a robust background including regional management roles at First Engineering and infrastructure management experience at GTRM and British Rail, John has a strong foundation in civil engineering, holding a 1st Class Hons degree from the University of the West of Scotland.
