Michele Rocha has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Michele currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and HR Director at Royal Business Bank since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked at March Vision Care as the Director of Human Resources and Administration from 2012 to December 2017. Michele was responsible for overseeing the HR department and managing a team while providing guidance in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, and training and development. Before March Vision Care, they held various HR management positions at CureSearch for Children's Cancer, Aerotek, and California Credit Union. In these roles, Michele managed HR departments, implemented training programs, and ensured compliance in areas such as benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Michele Rocha completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Human Resources, at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Michele also earned a professional designation in Human Resources Management from UCLA. Additionally, they pursued a Masters degree in HRD (Human Resources Development), specifically from the School of Behavioral & Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University. Later, they attended the Drucker School of Management, where they completed their Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA).
