Vincent Liu

Vincent Liu has a rich and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Vincent started their career as an Accounting Assistant at Bank of Taiwan in 1979 and worked there until 1986. Vincent then joined General Bank as a Regional Manager and held this role for almost 16 years, from 1987 to 2003. In 2003, Vincent joined United Commercial Bank Limited as the Head of S. CA Branches-Business before moving on to join Royal Business Bank in 2008. At Royal Business Bank, they held various executive roles including EVP/Chief Branch Administrator from 2008 to 2011, EVP & COO from 2011 to 2014, and currently serves as the EVP & CRO.

Vincent Liu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Insurance from Feng Chia University, where they studied from 1973 to 1977. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School to further their education in the field of Banking.
