Jarrod McGuire

Jarrod McGuire currently works as an Engineering Manager - Metallurgy at RBC Bearings, overseeing a team of engineers in design, analysis, costing, and bidding projects across various industries. Previously, at Best Buy, Jarrod held the role of Musical Instruments Manager, where Jarrod focused on project and sales management, as well as developing new operating procedures and training packages. Jarrod graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
