William Contaxis

William Contaxis is a Design Manufacturing Engineer at RBC Bearings, where involvement in the manufacturing training and development program facilitates practical hands-on projects that enhance operations and manufacturing. Previously, William completed a Senior Design Project at Pfizer, focusing on creating a risk assessment tool for critical spares in SDM manufacturing. William also gained experience as a Product Development Intern at KX Technologies, improving the quality management system for new product introduction, and as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at the same company, assisting in production line improvements and analytical tests on product designs. William holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Engineering Design from the University of Connecticut.
