James Leonard has experience working as an Operations Manager at BlueBay Asset Management since August 2012. Prior to that, James worked as a Settlements Analyst at MF Global from November 2006 to July 2012. James is currently responsible for leading process improvements within the Securities Support team and training new team members. In their previous role, James was responsible for timely settlement of trades in various markets and liaising with different departments to resolve issues efficiently.
