Polina Kurdyavko is currently a Partner and Head of Emerging Market Debt at BlueBay Asset Management since July 2005. Prior to that, Polina worked as an Emerging Market Credit Analyst at UBS from 2003 to 2005. Before UBS, Polina held positions such as Emerging Market Equity Analyst at East Fund Management in 2000, Economist at a macro research boutique in 1999-2000, and Emerging Market Quantitative Analyst and Emerging Market Equity Analyst at AllianceBernstein from 2000 to 2003.
