Hanieh Bastani is a seasoned machine learning engineering lead at Borealis AI since August 2022, previously serving as a tech lead and senior software engineer at Dropbox from October 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing the full feature lifecycle for content-sharing functionality. Hanieh contributed to Bloomberg LP as a senior software engineer from September 2016 to September 2019, focusing on back-end and full-stack development for news and access control systems. Prior experience includes roles as a senior software engineer at Nymi, where project leadership involved developing innovative authentication solutions, and a software engineer at Morgan Solar Inc., implementing algorithms for photovoltaic systems design.
