Andersen Song

Andersen Song is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales analytics and client relations across various industry-leading companies. Currently serving as the Lead for Global Client Relations Management and Sales Analytics Architect at RBC Capital Markets since February 2015, Andersen successfully implemented Salesforce CRM for over 3,000 users and integrated multiple systems to enhance client management processes. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales Analytics and Planning at MSCI Inc., where management of sales planning contributed to over $1 billion in revenue, and Sales Operations and Reporting Manager at RiskMetrics Group, among others. Andersen holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University.
