Caitlyn Barber

Caitlyn Barber is a Global Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions since July 2025, following a successful internship with the firm in the Summer of 2024. Previously, Caitlyn served as the Climate Sector Investment Director at Santa Clara Investment Fund and Co-President of SCU Women in Investment, where leadership involved mentoring over 500 students and organizing impactful events. Additional experiences include an Investment Intern position at C.M. Capital Advisors, a Research Assistant role at Santa Clara University's Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a Summer Intern role at Washington Business Week, focusing on international business education. Caitlyn's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Finance concentration from Santa Clara University and a summer course in Alternative Investments at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
