Kate Panchenko

Kate Panchenko is a seasoned professional in corporate banking, currently serving as Director at RBC Capital Markets since December 2007. In this role, Kate partners with senior leaders to formulate and implement business strategies, drive new initiatives, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration, while leading the US Business Management team. Previously, Kate held the position of Associate Director in Operations Engineering, overseeing business process re-engineering and digitization projects, including requirements gathering and system implementation. Earlier in their career, Kate worked in Risk Management and Business Management at Morgan Stanley from August 2004 to December 2007. Kate holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering.
