Lia-Michelle Keane

Lia-Michelle Keane currently serves as Associate Director & Senior Counsel at RBC Capital Markets since September 2025. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Latham & Watkins from September 2023 to September 2025 and April 2021 to August 2023, respectively. Lia-Michelle has also worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2018 to April 2021. Earlier roles include Pro Bono Extern at the Federal Public Defender and Summer Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, alongside various academic and internship positions while studying at the University of Virginia School of Law, where Lia-Michelle was involved as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant. Legal experience began as a Legal Secretary at Beck Greener from May 2014 to May 2015, following an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California.
