Matthew Mason

Matthew Mason, CPA, CMA, PMP, serves as Vice President of Program Management at RBC Capital Markets since February 2015, overseeing the program management of Global Equities platforms across Sales Technology, Structured Products, and Lending. Previously, Matthew held roles such as Director of Business Management & Program Management at RBC, where responsibilities included managing large-scale IT projects and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Prior experience includes positions at BMO Financial Group as Lead Financial Officer for North American Retail, Corporate, and Commercial Product Operations, and at CPP Investment Board, where significant process improvements and financial reporting enhancements were achieved. Initial career development occurred at TD Securities in various financial roles, where effective management and analysis led to substantial cost savings. Matthew holds a Certified Management Accountant designation and degrees in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School and Western University.
