Philip McLaughlin

Philip McLaughlin has extensive experience in capital structuring and advisory services, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Capital Structuring Advisory at RBC Capital Markets since September 2011. Prior roles include Director and Head of Product Advisory for APAC Tax at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and Associate Director in the Infrastructure group of Macquarie Capital, focusing on M&A and project financing advisory with a specialization in tax structuring. Earlier experience includes serving as an Analyst in Corporate Finance at NSW Treasury Corporation and a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. Philip McLaughlin holds a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Laws from The University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
