Radhika Ramamurthy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology governance and program management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Director at RBC Capital Markets since April 2011, Radhika has successfully built and maintained a technology governance portfolio and managed complex transformation initiatives across various business and technology teams. Previous roles include managing a team of business analysts and project managers in Global Equities Technology and serving as a Product Manager for Cross Platform and Electronic Trading. Before joining RBC, Radhika held the position of Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on regulatory technology, and worked as a Senior Associate at UBS and a Staff Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. Radhika holds an MBA in Information Technology from Rutgers University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
