Smita Yadav

Smita Yadav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, corporate banking, and global credit operations. Currently serving as Director of Business Transformation at RBC Capital Markets since June 2013, Smita has held various leadership roles within RBC, including Vice President of Operational Risk & Business Management and Senior Manager of Global Credit Operations. Prior experience includes managerial positions at RBC, along with roles in research and as an associate at Infotech Research Group and CIBC, respectively. Smita's career began at Wipro Technologies as Team Lead. Academic credentials include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
