Noel Stave has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Noel currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for RBC Clearing & Custody, where they are responsible for long-term technology strategy, data management, technology partnerships, and digital experience delivery. Prior to this role, Noel was the Chief Operating Officer at RBC Clearing & Custody. Noel also held the position of Manager, Business Administration at RBC where they were responsible for strategic development and maintaining a Marketplace of solutions. Earlier in their career, Noel worked at RBC Wealth Management as a Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Noel began their career as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Noel Stave obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Macalester College in 2002. In 2010, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Later, in 2020, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering / Management from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the Securities Industry Institute® (SII) Executive Education Program from Wharton Executive Education in 2019, Series 24 certification from FINRA in 2017, Series 7 certification from FINRA in 2016, and Series 99 certification from FINRA in 2013.
