Joel Vannorman

Joel VanNorman serves as the Marketing Manager at Our Daily Bread Ministries since September 2014, focusing on audience engagement and donor relations while overseeing print marketing projects. Prior roles in the organization include Supply Chain Demand Planner, where Joel managed the postage budget and collaborated on mail orders, and Contact Center Business Systems Analyst, where evaluation and improvement of customer relationship management systems were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as Call Center Scheduling Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Client Support Specialist and Certified Nursing Assistant at Sunset Manor. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornerstone University, earned between 2018 and 2020.
