Jessica Gerber

Jessica Gerber is a seasoned UX researcher and strategist with a diverse background in user experience design and marketing, currently serving as Lead UX Researcher & Strategist at RBC Wealth Management since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica held positions at Thrivent from January 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included crafting user experiences for digital products, collaborating on website development, conducting research to inform product features, and enhancing brand perception. Earlier experience includes roles at Boston Scientific, focusing on marketing communications in the medical device field, as well as research assistance and internships at academic and nonprofit organizations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas, complemented by international education at UCL.
