Kim Mason

Kim Mason, ICD.D, currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Private Banking Canada at RBC Wealth Management since November 2019, having a distinguished career at RBC since 2005. Mason's experience spans various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Business Distribution, Strategy and Performance, and Senior Vice President of Personal & Commercial Banking Operations, where responsibilities included strategy development, performance management, and enhancing client experiences across large teams. Additionally, Mason has held regional leadership positions, successfully overseeing service delivery and performance in Greater Toronto and the Atlantic Provinces, and has expertise in risk management and sales operations. Mason holds an MBA and an ICD.D from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, as well as an Honors BA from Western University.
