Robert Betters

Robert Betters has over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles. Robert began their career in 1993 as a Medical Logistics Specialist and Forward Logistics Manager for the United States Air Force. In 1997, they moved to Angiosonics, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer Technician. Robert then joined Bindley Western Drug Company in 1998 as a Managed Care Sales Representative. In 2000, they began working for Anteon Corporation (Sherikon, Inc.) as a Senior Systems Analyst. In 2004, they joined 3D Consulting Services, Inc. as a Functional Consultant. Since 2005, they have been working at RB Consulting, Inc. as President/CEO, Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert, SAP Senior Consultant / Subject Matter Expert III / Team Lead, SAP Senior Consultant / Subject Matter Expert III, and Systems Integrator / Subject Matter Expert. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for leading operations and strategic direction, providing cross-functional management of operations, administration, business development, finance and human resources, overseeing major pricing decisions and performing monthly financial evaluation of company revenue, providing supply chain subject matter expertise support, developing and sustaining ERP software solutions, and managing teams in the planning and execution of DMLSS.

Robert Betters obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland between 1993 and 1997. Robert also obtained an Associate's in Applied Science in Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force between 1993 and 1995.
