Laith Shukri

Laith Shukri is an accomplished professional with a strong background in ecosystem engagement, market development, and investment analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Ecosystem Engagement at RBCx since June 2022, Laith previously held the position of Senior Market Development Manager at Silicon Valley Bank from December 2019 to June 2022. Laith's expertise is further demonstrated through a tenure as Senior Analyst at ScaleUP Ventures Inc., and as the Investor Relations Lead at The DMZ at Ryerson University, where Laith built a robust investor relations program connecting portfolio companies with a network of over 400 investors. Experience includes roles at Oasis500 as an Investment Associate, where Laith managed startups through the deal pipeline, and earlier positions at Arab Bank and Aramex. Laith holds a Master of Science in International Business & Emerging Markets from The University of Edinburgh, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
