Shikha Bhuchar

Shikha Bhuchar has extensive experience in strategy and product management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Venture Strategy at RBCx since August 2017. Prior roles at RBCx include Director of Strategy and Senior Product Manager, with an emphasis on driving innovation through the RBC Ventures subsidiary, which Shikha co-founded to support newcomers to Canada. Shikha's earlier career includes significant positions at BMO Financial Group, where responsibilities encompassed digital product strategy, and TD Bank Group, focusing on business architecture and project management. Shikha holds multiple degrees, including MBAs from the University of Toronto and the National University of Singapore, alongside certifications in project management and web development.
